A Research on the New Path of"one-stop"Student Community labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of labor education in schools, and systematically designs and fully deploys the work of comprehensively strengthening contemporary labor education. At present, the emphasis and promotion of labor education in universities is insufficient, and student communities have dual roles as school management units and student learning and life units. Therefore, based on Marx's self-actualization theory and structural equation model, starting from the dimensions of labor culture, self realization,self-management,executive entrepreneurship, and assessment and incentive,a"one-stop"student community labor education system in vocational colleges can be constructed to improve students'labor awareness, deepen the integration of labor education theory and labor practice, give full play to student subjective initiative, guide students to scientifically select development goals, and improve assessment and incentive mechanisms so as to promote students'all-round development.
