Design of Safety Helmet Wearing Inspection and Attendance System For Construction Workers Based on K210
In order to solve the problems of workers'attendance and helmet wearing inspection at the construction site,a worker's helmet wearing inspection and attendance system based on k210 processor is developed.The system is divided into the main control system and the upper computer display management system.The main control system obtains the image information of the entrance of the construction site through the camera to identify the face and helmet wearing in the image.If the personnel belong to the site staff and wear the helmet correctly,it will be included in the attendance information and the gate for release will open.If the personnel in the image do not belong to the site staff or do not wear the helmet correctly,it will give an alarm and the gate will not be released.The main control system communicates with the upper computer through WiFi and uploads the site entrance image and attendance information to the upper computer management system.The upper computer management system has the functions of site entrance image display,attendance information query and counting.The system test shows that the success rate of face recognition is 95%,and the success rate of the detection of helmet wearing is 98%.After the introduction of this system,the administrator's working pressure of safety helmet wearing supervision and attendance management of site staff is reduced,and the work efficiency is improved.
