智能化模块在结肠镜相关诊疗肠道准备中的应用评价

摘要
目的:探讨智能化模块对结肠镜检查肠道准备质量及病变检出率的影响.方法:将2022年4月至2022年6月于金华市中心医院进行结肠镜检查的120例患者,随机分为智能化模块肠道准备组(实验组)和传统肠道准备组(对照组),每组60例.比较两组患者的肠道清洁度、结肠镜检测时间、病变检出率及不良反应发生率等.结果:实验组患者的肠道清洁BBPS评分及合格率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的检查总时间低于对照组,且腺瘤检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:结肠镜检查肠道准备中应用智能化模块可提高肠道清洁度,缩短结肠镜检查时间,提高腺瘤检出率并减少不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intelligent module on the quality of intestinal preparation and the detection rate of lesions in colonoscopy.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,120 patients who underwent colonoscopy in Jinhua Central Hospital were randomly divided into intelligent module intestinal preparation group(experimental group)and traditional intestinal preparation group(control group),with 60 cases in each group.Intestinal cleanliness,colonoscopy time,lesion detection rate and adverse reactions rate were compared between the two groups.Results The BBPS score and cleanliness of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inspection time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the detection rate of adenoma was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent module in bowel preparation for colonoscopy-related diagnosis and treatment can significantly improve intestinal cleanliness,shorten the time of colonoscopy,improve the detection rate of adenoma and reduce adverse reactions.
