论新时代高校青年理想信念教育的现实境遇及应然进路

在新的历史条件下,加强高校青年理想信念教育是应对国内外风险挑战的必然要求,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的迫切需要,是助力青年成长成才的核心要义.伴随国际国内形势变化,高校青年理想信念教育面临一系列机遇的同时,也面临着诸多挑战:西方意识形态渗透消解了青年理想信念教育效果、社会转型期的矛盾弱化了部分青年的理想信念、"互联网+"时代冲击了传统的青年理想信念教育模式、制度建设的"三重困境"影响了青年理想信念教育功能发挥等.为此,应深耕思想引领,营造主流价值"舆论场";融入发展全局,把握时势变化"风向标";推进方法革新,开创网络育人"新高地";坚持齐抓共管,织牢制度规范"保障网",为推进新时代高校青年理想信念教育发展破"局".
The Dilemma and Strategy of Ideal and Belief Education of College Students in the New Era
Under the new historical conditions,strengthening ideal and belief education of young people in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement to cope with risks and challenges at home and abroad,is an urgent need to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is the core of helping young people grow and become talented.With the changes in the international and domestic situation,ideal and belief education of young people in colleges and universities is facing a series of opportunities,but also with many challenges:the infiltration of Western ideology has dissolved the effect of young people's ideal and belief education,the contradictions highlighted in the social transition period cause the weakening of some young people's ideals and beliefs,the traditional youth ideal and belief education model has been impacted in the"Internet+"era,the"triple dilemma"faced by the system construction affects the function of youth's ideal and belief education and so on.Therefore,we should adhere to ideological leadership and create mainstream value"public opinion fields";integrate into the overall development,grasp the"vane"change;promote the innovation of methods,create a"new highland"for network education;adhere to the joint management,weave a"safety net"of institutional norms,breaking the"Situation"for promoting the development of ideal and belief education of college students in the new era.
