新乡贤是拥有以"新"为特色的思想观念、"乡"为根本的地域情怀、"贤"为要求的价值理念的鲜明主体.在乡村振兴的进程中,新乡贤可以充分发挥自身力量,创新乡村治理方式、推动乡村治理现代化,优化乡村资源配置、推进乡村产业振兴,构建乡愁文化载体、形成乡村文化自觉.因此,我们应该从健全新乡贤保障机制、确保乡村振兴事业稳固,创新新乡贤工作方法、实现乡村振兴主体共生,完善新乡贤培养体系、提高乡村振兴助力水平以及加强新乡贤监管力度、营造乡村振兴和谐氛围四个方面着手,激发新乡贤投身乡村振兴伟大事业的积极性.
Abstract
New rural talents is a subject with distinctive characteristics of"new"ideology,"township"as the fundamental regional sentiment,and"virtuous"as the required value concept.In the process of rural revitalization,new rural talents can give full play to its own strength,innovate rural governance methods,promote the modernization of rural governance,optimize the allocation of rural resources,promote the revitalization of rural industries,build a carrier of nostalgic culture,and form rural cultural consciousness.At the same time,we should also start from four aspects:improving the security mechanism of new rural talents,ensuring the stability of rural revitalization,innovating the working methods of new rural talents,realizing the symbiosis of rural revitalization subjects,improving the cultivation system of new rural talents,improving the level of assitance for rural revitalization,strengthening the supervision of new rural talents,and creating a harmonious atmosphere for rural revitalization,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of new rural talents to participate in the great cause of rural revitalization.
