Adaptive Empirical Study of German"Dual System"Model in Mechatronics Technology Specialties
With the deepening of the development and reform of vocational education, the German"Dual System"model, which combines the modern apprenticeship system and the new apprenticeship system of enterprises, has become a hot spot for practice and research. The prominent feature of the German"Dual System"is that it is highly practical and application-oriented,linking colleges and universities and enterprises to train students'skills together.Starting from the significance of the localization of the German"Dual System"model,we put forward the following ideas for the implementation of the mechatronics specialty:to meet the urgent needs of the national and regional economic development and to fit the orientation of the school;to take the needs of the enterprises as the guide to establish the"application"-led cultivation goal;to focus on the cultivation of professional competence to develop students'skills. In the adaptive implementation of"Dual System",the joint management committee was formed, the"four integration and four common"talent cultivation synergistic program was determined, and the talent cultivation process was clarified.Practice shows that in the adaptive implementation of the"Dual System"model in the mechatronics specialty, the five potentials of new engineers should be cultivated, the three-dimensional teaching mode should be implemented, and students should be taken as the center in all aspects.
