主体精神、文体意识与传媒介入——论"二十世纪中国文学"的概念生产和传播

"二十世纪中国文学"的提出距今已逾三十多年,学界关注概念本体,对其渐次有历史视域下的省思,既肯定其开创性,也直指不足,然而鲜有从生产与传播的角度进行细部考察.这包括提出者钱理群、陈平原、黄子平的学术背景和学术志趣、主张提出前后各人的研究转向或推进,"三人谈"文体形式的独特性与实效性,《读书》杂志对于当代学术的介入意识以及它在八十年代文化圈的定位等,与此关联的是二十世纪八十年代的各类社会、文化景观,如生活方式和学术传统,还涉及传媒、出版等领域.勘探"二十世纪中国文学"概念的生产与传播细节,不仅能发现置于"必然"前景的大量"偶然",而且可以此为个案,呈现八十年代广阔文化进程的一个剖面.
Subjective Spirit,Stylistic Consciousness,and Media Intervention——On the Production and Dissemination of the Concept of"20th Century Chinese Literature"
The proposal of"20th Century Chinese Literature"has been more than thirty years since its inception.The academic community has paid attention to the concept itself,gradually reflecting on it from a historical perspective,affirming its pioneering nature and pointing out its shortcomings.However,there is still little detailed investigation from the perspective of production and dissemination.This includes the academic backgrounds and interests of Qian Liqun,Chen Pingyuan and Huang Ziping,the research directions or advancements of each person before and after the proposal,the uniqueness and effectiveness of the"Three Person Talk"literary form,the intervention awareness of Reading magazine in contemporary academia,and its positioning in the cultural circle of the 1980s.Related to this are various social and cultural landscapes of the 1980s,including lifestyles and academic traditions as well as media publishing and other fields.Exploring the production and dissemination details of the concept of"20th century Chinese literature"not only reveals a large number of"accidents"placed in the"inevitable"prospect,but also presents a cross-section of the broad cultural process of the 1980s as a case study.
