Analysis of the Theme of Ryunosuke Akutagawa's Mr.Mori from a Children's Perspective
Ryunosuke Akutagawa's early representative work Mr.Mori tells the campus story of an English teacher,Mr.Mori, who is both dull and persistent in his teaching work, from a children's narrative perspective. The children's perspective is a writing technique that also presents the distorted facts brought by the education model of the Taisho era in Japan in terms of the judgment and values of young children. On the contrary, this novel, supplemented by the adult narrator's perspective, takes the opportunity of encountering Mr.Mori again, expresses our emotions and reflections on the past.It is not only a supplement to the previous discussion from a child's perspective,,but also a belated correction and affirmation of the personality charm of a class of intellectuals represented by Mr.Mori.
