In order to explore the status and role of Xinjiang brocade in Chinese brocade,this paper took brocade as the research object,and conducted a statistical analysis of the unearthed brocade in China by using the method of data statistics and literature research.The study shows that among the regions in China where brocades have beenunearthed,those from in Xinjiang are the most abundant.The inscriptions and patterns of brocades reflect the social trends and aesthetic charm at that time,serving as a microcosm of Chinese traditional auspicious language culture.They represent the genetic blood of Chinese brocades in past dynasties and highlight the charm of Chinese brocades in past dynasties.The purpose of this study is to deepen the contribution of the Silk Road,which focuses on Xinjiang brocade,to the communication,exchange and integration of all ethnic groups in China,so as to enrich the research content in related fields.
