High expression of LINC00310 in pancreatic cancer and prediction of its target function
Objective To investigate the differential expression of LINC00310 in pancreatic cancer and the prediction of its target function.Method The expression of LINC00310 in 727 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 548 samples of surrounding normal pancre-atic tissue was analyzed.After intersection between the miRNAs and mRNAs targeted by LINC00310 and the miRNAs and mRNAs dif-ferentially expressed in pancreatic cancer,Cytoscape v3.9.0 was used to construct a lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network.The gene function of that network was annotated and analyzed by"clusterProfiler".Results The expression level of LINC00310 was highly expressed in pancreatic cancer,and its SMD value was 0.17[0.06,0.29].As the miRNAs predicted to beregulated by LINC00310,miR-346,miR-596,miR-103a-2-5p,miR-661,miR-384 and miR-15a-5p were highly expressed,while miR-4284 and miR-1182 were underexpressed.According to the miRNA above,there were 46 differentially expressed mRNAs(15 down-regulated and 31 up-regula-ted).LINC00310 ceRNA may be involved in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Conclusion LINC00310,as a potential molecular marker for clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,can provide new solutions and ideas for targeted therapy of pancreatic cancer.
