Expression and clinical significance of IFITM3,BTBD7 and PEA3 in non-small cell lung cancer
Objective The expression and correlation of interferon-induced interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3(IFITM3),Domain protein 7(BTBD7)and Polyomavirus enhancer activator 3(PEA3)in non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed.Method 80 patients who underwent lung cancer surgery in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected.During the operation, the cancer tissues of the patients with lung cancer were excised as the tissue specimens for this study, and the corresponding adjacent tissues were excised at the same time.Compare the data. The expressions of IFITM3,BTBD7 and PEA3 were detected by immunohisto-chemistry.Results Compared with adjacent tissues, the positive expression rate of IFITM3,BTBD7 and PEA3 were increased and were statistically different(P<0.05).IFITM3,BTBD7 and PEA3 expression were not varied from patient age, sex, tumor diameter, smoking history and histological type(P>0.05).IFITM3,BTBD7,and PEA3 were expressed in TNM stage, differentiation degree, pleural metas-tasis,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).IFITM3,BTBD7 and expression in non-small cell lung cancer(r=0.518,P=0.001);A positive correlation was observed between BTBD7 and PEA3 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues(r=0.604,P=0.001);A positive correlation was observed between IFITM3 and PEA3 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues(r=519,P=0.001).Con-clusion Non-small cell lung cancer IFITM3,BTBD7,PEA3 expression, has a close correlation between the three, its expression changes and TNM stage, differentiation, pleural metastasis, lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological symptoms, correlation, thus shows that IFITM3,BTBD7,PEA3 may participate in the development of non-small cell lung cancer.
