The clinical significance of ox-LDL and CHE in patients with Alzheimer's disease
Objective To explore the clinical significance of ox-LDL and CHE in patients with Alzheimer's Disease(AD).Methods A total of 36 patients with AD from Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were randomly selected as the observation group,in addition,36 healthy check-up were selected as the control group,Serum ox-LDL and CHE levels of the two groups were detec-ted respectively. Results The serum ox-LDL in the observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but CHE was lower(P<0.05).The contents of detection factors were different with different degrees of disease,CHE showed a downward trend and ox-LDL showed an upward trend. Conclusion The serum levels of ox-LDL and CHE were closely correlated with the severity in AD,and the level of their content is related to the degree of disease, which is of clinical significance.
