摘要
目的:探究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)检测的临床意义.方法:选取 2018 年 4 月～2021 年 4 月广东医科大学附属医院附属医院收治的AD患者 36 例作为观察组,另选取同期健康者 36例作为对照组,分别检测和比较两组血清的ox-LDL和CHE水平差异,并结合患者实际病情进行对照分析.结果:观察组的ox-LDL高于对照组,而CHE低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD患者病情程度不同其检测因子含量亦不同,CHE呈下降趋势、ox-LDL呈上升趋势.结论:ox-LDL和CHE的血清水平与AD有一定的相关性,并可对AD患者的病情程度进行预测.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of ox-LDL and CHE in patients with Alzheimer's Disease(AD).Methods A total of 36 patients with AD from Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were randomly selected as the observation group,in addition,36 healthy check-up were selected as the control group,Serum ox-LDL and CHE levels of the two groups were detec-ted respectively.Results The serum ox-LDL in the observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but CHE was lower(P<0.05).The contents of detection factors were different with different degrees of disease,CHE showed a downward trend and ox-LDL showed an upward trend.Conclusion The serum levels of ox-LDL and CHE were closely correlated with the severity in AD,and the level of their content is related to the degree of disease,which is of clinical significance.
