Application value of prenatal color ultrasound and MRI diagnosis of implanted dangerous placenta previa
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of pernicious placenta previa.Method From January 2020 to June 2021,70 patients with implanted dangerous placenta previa were admitted as the study subjects,according to different diagnostic methods,they were divided into groups,35 case in each group,one group was diag-nosed with prenatal ultrasound,and the other group was diagnosed with MRI.Comparison of diagnostic effects between two groups.Re-sults The sensitivity and specificity of the MRI group in diagnosing placental implantation in the posterior wall of the uterus were higher than those of the prenatal ultrasound group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and diagnostic accuracy between the two groups in diagnosing placental anterior wall implanta-tion(P>0.05).Conclusion Prenatal color Doppler ultrasound and MRI have good results in the diagnosis of implantable dangerous pla-centa previa,color Doppler ultrasound can be used as the first choice,MRI can be used as a supplementary and further diagnostic means.
