Clinical effect of subarachnoid anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil subarachnoid anesthesia in ce-sarean section.Method A total of 120 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group. The control group was given simple ropivacaine subarachnoid anesthesia, while the observation group was given low-dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil subarachnoid anesthesia. The onset, duration, recovery time,Bromage score, the highest level of sensory block and Apgar score of newborn/average maternal arterial pres-sure before and after treatment, excellent and good rate of anesthesia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults Compared with the control group, the onset time and duration of anesthetic in the observation group were significantly reduced, and the pain recovery time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the Bromage score of the observa-tion group decreased significantly, and the highest level of sensory block increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Before anesthesia, the average arterial pressure of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),and the fluctuation of the average arterial pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 5 minutes after anesthesia(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of low-dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil subarachnoid anesthesia in cesarean section is definite, which can main-tain the stability of arterial pressure during operation and reduce adverse reactions, and the anesthesia takes effect quickly, lasts lon-ger,recovers faster, and has no adverse effects on newborns.
