Effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsule combined with enalapril on blood pressure measurement fluctuation in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation
Objective To explore the effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsule combined with enalapril on blood pressure measure-ment fluctuation in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.Method 136 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with persistent non valvular atrial fibrillation treated in Jiujiang No.1 people's Hospital from January 2021 to Octo-ber 2021 were selected to calculate and analyze the correlation between various factors including age,gender,combined diseases,com-bined medication and blood pressure fluctuation,and to explore the value of Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsule in managing blood pressure fluctuation.Results There was no significant correlation between two group on the comprision on age,sex,combined diseases(hyper-tension,diabetes,stroke,heart failure,hyperlipidemia),combined medication(ACEI,ARB β-receptor blockers,CCB,diuretics,anticoagulants,antiplatelet drugs and statins)and baseline blood pressure fluctuation(P>0.05);On the premise that the node for cal-culating blood pressure fluctuation value was set to"6 mmHg",the standard rate of blood pressure fluctuation of the overall research subjects was 29.4%.The standard rate of blood pressure fluctuation in the combined drug group shows a gradual upward trend during the follow-up,and the standard rate of blood pressure fluctuation in the single drug group also shows volatility,The compliance rate of blood pressure fluctuation at the corresponding time point in the single drug group was lower than that in the combined drug group.Con-clusion Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsule has a good correlation with blood pressure management and can reduce the volatility of blood pressure.It can be considered to combine enalapril as a depressurization and pressure control plan.
