Value analysis of exercise intervention combined with structured health education in nursing care of pa-tients with osteoarthritis
Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention combined with structured health education in patients with oste-oarthritis.Method A total of 84 patients with osteoarthritis from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected as research objects. They were grouped with different nursing schemes. The control group(42 cases)received routine nursing, and the observation group(42 cases)received exercise intervention + structured health education. The motor function,self-efficacy,compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results The exercise function of observation group was stronger than control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the general self-efficacy score(GSES)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of GQOL-74 in observation group was higher than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of exercise intervention and structured health education can improve the patients'exercise ability and sense of self-efficacy,as well as enhance the patients'compliance and improve their quality of life.
