Evaluation of the effect of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the quality of life of patients with heart failure based on the quality of life scale for heart failure with Chi-nese characteristics
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the quality of life of patients with heart failure.Method 37 patients with heart failure were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into observation group 17 cases and control group 20 cases. The patients in the observation group were intervened by the continuous nursing mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the patients in the control group were inter-vened by the conventional nursing mode. All patients in the two groups were intervened for 4 months. After 4 months, all patients filled in the questionnaire of quality of life for heart failure with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, evaluated the quality of life and cardiac function of the two groups, and recorded the adverse cardiovascular events and rehospitalization of the two groups.Re-sults After 4 months of intervention, the scores of quality of life(physiological function, vitality)and cardiac function(6-min walking test distance)in the observation group were better than those in the control group at the same time, and the incidence of rehospitaliza-tion was lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing mode of integrated tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the cardiac function of patients with heart failure, reduce the rehospitalization rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
