Effect of fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in community patients with external upper hu-meral malleolitis and its influence on syndrome score
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in community patients with external upper humeral malleolitis and its influence on syndrome score.Method Fifty-six patients with lateral upper humeral mal-leolitis in the community from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the study group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.The changes of MEPS and VAS scores,signs and symptoms scores,ADL scores,treatment effects and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the MEPS score of the two groups after treatment was increased,and the VAS score was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the MEPS score of the study group after treatment was higher,and the VAS score was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the score of signs and symptoms in the two groups after treatment was increased,and the ADL score was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of signs and symptoms in the study group was higher and the ADL score was lower after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Fire needle combined electric acupuncture treatment on community outside humerus ankle inflammation patients,the routine acu-puncture treatment can obtain higher treatment effect,elbow joint function in patients with symptoms and signs integral,daily life ability were improved significantly,more pain can alleviate amplitude is bigger,patient satisfaction increased significantly,is helpful for impro-ving the prognosis of patients,worth clinical promotion.
