Application value of bunenserin combined with lurasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on glycolipid metabolism
Objective To investigate the application value of bunenserin combined with lurasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on glycolipid metabolism.Method A randomized controlled trial design method was usedto select 110 patients with schizo-phrenia in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 as research objects,55 cases in control group and 55 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with bunenserin,and the observation group was treated with lurasidone on this basis.The clinical efficacy and glucose and lipid metabolism of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score and scores of PANSS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.10%,significantly higher than 78.18%of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Bunenserin combined with lurasidone can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of schizophrenia,and has little effect on glucose and lipid metabolism,Which of the following is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
