The clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction and its discombination combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its impact on the levels of inflammatory factors in patients
Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction and its discombination combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method A total of 120 patients with moderate ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in Gastroenterology and Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(24 cases)and observation group(96 cases).The observation group was divided into whole prescription group,Xinkai group,Kudescending group and Ganbu group,with 24 cases in each group.Control group and observation group were simultaneously given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.After continuous treatment for 3 months,the changes of intestinal endoscopy and serum inflammatory factors in the control group and the observation group before and after treatment were compared.Record adverse drug reactions.Results Both the observation group and the control group showed different degrees of therapeutic effect.The control group mesalazine can achieve the effect of treating colitis by anti-inflammatory.Banxia Xiexin Decoction and dissolving prescription combined with mesalazine showed a good effect in the treatment of colitis.Xinkai group had the effect of warming the spleen and stomach in the middle and relieving the symptoms of vomiting and abdominal pain.Due to more alkaloid and flavonoid components,Kudescending group had strong anti-diarrhea,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.Although the decoc-tion group can greatly replenish the vitality and improve the immunity of patients,it can not play a good effect due to the degeneration of the intestinal function of patients.Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with mesalazine can effectively relieve the discom-fort caused by colitis and improve the curative effect.Different groups of prescriptions have different preferences,but the simple use of herbal supplements is not suitable for patients with poor gastrointestinal function.
