Changes and influencing factors of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia
Objective To investigate the changes and effects of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with hy-peruricemia(HUA).Method From February 2019 to September 2021,100 patients with simple type 2 diabetes(control group)and 100 patients with T2DM with HUA(observation group)were taken as the research objects;Compare the clinical data, cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indicators of the two groups, and analyze the influencing factors of changes in cardiac indicators in patients with T2DM com-bined with HUA.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group fasting blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Logical regression a-nalysis showed that TC and TG were independent risk factors for hyperuricemia in patients with T2DM.The two groups of LVEF were sig-nificantly correlated with patients' blood glucose, blood lipids, and inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion LVEF in T2DM patients with HUA is significantly reduced,FPG,TC,TG,ESR,and CRP are significantly increased.TC and TG are independent risk factors for hyperuricemia in T2DM patients.LVEF is significantly related to blood glucose, blood lipids, and inflammatory factors.sex.
