Diagnostic value of electronic bronchoscopy combined with SHOX2 and RASSF1A methylation detection for early lung cancer
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electronic bronchoscopy combined with SHOX2 and RASSF1A methylation detection for early lung cancer,so as to provide a reference for future clinical development of detection scheme.Method Twenty eight patients with early lung cancer from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected for electronic bronchoscopy cytology and pathological biopsy.At the same time,the methylation specific expression of SHOX2 and RASSF1A was detected in three samples of patients' plas-ma,sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.Results The positive rate of diagnosis by electronic bronchoscopy was 67.86%.The pos-itive rates of SHOX2 and RASSF1A gene methylation detection lavage were relatively high,which were 71.43%and 60.71%,respec-tively;The accuracy,positive prediction,negative prediction,sensitivity and specificity of electronic bronchoscopy+SHOX2,RASSFIA methylation combined examination were higher than those of other detection methods.Conclusion Electronic bronchoscopy combined with HOX2 and RASSF1A methylation detection in plasma,sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid can improve the detection rate of early lung cancer,and has clinical application value for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
