The Effect of"Shenghua Tang"Reducing Hot compress Intervention on Postpartum Uterine Contraction Pain and Uterine Revitalization in Pregnant Women Undergoing Transvaginal Delivery
Objective To investigate the effect of"Shenghua Tang"reduction hot compress intervention on postpartum uterine con-tractions and uterine involution in women undergoing vaginal delivery.Method 84 postpartum women admitted to our outpatient depart-ment from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=42)using a stratified randomization method. The control group received routine treatment with oxytocin injec-tion based on the condition of the postpartum women, while the observation group received intervention by reducing hot compress with"Shenghua Tang"on the basis of the control group.Compare the efficacy of postpartum recovery between the two groups of patients af-ter 3 days of intervention, compare the level of uterine contraction pain before intervention(4 hours postpartum)and after 3 days of in-tervention[Chinese Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)],uterine involution, and differences in blood flow indicators, and record the incidence of adverse events in postpartum women within 4 weeks. Results After 3 days of intervention, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The uterine contraction pain level score, uterine di-ameter,uterine height, and blood flow indicators of the two groups of postpartum women were lower than before intervention, and the a-bove scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Within 4 weeks after the intervention, there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse conditions of urinary retention, lochia and abdominal pain between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After using"Shenghua Tang"to reduce hot compress intervention in postpartum women undergoing va-ginal delivery,it can effectively improve the level of uterine contractions, facilitate uterine involution, improve blood flow indicators, and reduce the incidence of postpartum adverse events.
