Clinical efficacy of the method of nourishing spleen and nourishing yin combined with Chang Run Fang in the treatment of slow transit constipation patients with spleen deficiency and weak qi
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Ziyin Yunpi Method-Changrun Formula in treating slow transit consti-pation patients with spleen deficiency and weak qi.Method Sixty patients with slow transit constipation due to spleen deficiency and weak qi were selected as research object and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group.Finally,27 cases were included in the control group and 28 cases were included in the observation group. The observation group takes orally the method of nourishing yin and promoting spleen-Changrun Formula, one dose per day.The control group received oral lactulose oral solution 30 ml/time,once a day. Both groups had a treatment period of 4 weeks.Record the number of complete sponta-neous bowel movements(CSBMs),major symptom scores for constipation, and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Re-sults The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically signifi-cant difference(P<0.01).After treatment, the weekly CSBMs in the observation group increased compared to the control group, and the total score of the main symptoms of constipation in the observation group decreased compared to the control group(P<0.01);After treatment, the observation group showed a decrease in the scores of defecation frequency, defecation time, incomplete bloating,abdom-inal distension, and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yin Nourishing and Spleen Nourishing Method-Changrun Formula can effectively improve the CSBMs,main symptoms of constipation, and spleen deficiency and qi deficiency syndrome in patients with slow transit constipation. It is better than the control group in improving CSBMs,main symptoms of constipation, such as defecation frequency, defecation time, incomplete bloating sensa-tion,abdominal distension, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, such as reduced bowel frequency, decreased bowel intention, full and stuffy abdominal distension, lack of food and appetite, fatigue, lazy speech, and fatigue after defecation.
