Efficacy of Qili Qiangxin Capsules combined with nicorandil in treatment of heart failure and its effect on serum NT-ProBNP and inflammatory factors
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with nicorandil in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method A total of 116 CHF patients were selected as research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nicorandil,and the observation group was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with nicorandil.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.The cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],6 min walking test(6 MWT)and serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reac-tive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LVEF and 6 MWT in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and LVEDD was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi-li Qiangxin capsule combined with nicorandil has a good effect on CHF patients,which can reduce inflammation,improve cardiac func-tion and exercise tolerance.
