Clinical observation of active breathing and circulation technique combined with multiple frequency expec-toration in elderly patients with stable COPD
Objective To explore the clinical effect of active respiratory circulation technology combined with multifrequency spu-tum discharge in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method 86 elderly COPD patients with stable period admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,43 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine nursing and multi-frequency expectoration, and the study group was guided with ac-tive breathing cycle technology on the basis of the routine group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, pulmonary function indicators were compared between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV 1,FVC,FEV 1/FVC levels increased in 2 groups, and the study group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)scale score,MMRC score(P>0.05),after treatment,CAT score and MMRC score decreased, and the study group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active cycle of breathing tech-nique combined with multi-frequency expectoration has a significant effect on elderly patients with stable COPD,which can improve their respiratory status, lung function and exercise endurance, and improve their daily living ability.
