Efficacy and safety analysis of cerebral aneurysm clipping and stent implantation embolization for intracra-nial aneurysms
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of cerebral aneurysm clipping and stent implantation coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms(IA).Method A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated in our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=50,cerebral aneurysm clipping)and observation group(n=50,stent implantation and coil embolization)according to the random number table. The clinical efficacy, perioperative in-dicators and postoperative complications of the subjects were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%vs 66.00%,P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.00%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of stent implantation and coil embolization for IA patients is better.Compared with the traditional clipping,it can effectively improve the perioperative indicators of patients, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is less, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
