Effect of remazolam combined with remifentanil on anesthesia and hemodynamics of cystoscopic lithotripsy
Objective To investigate the effect of remazolam combined with remifentanil on anesthesia and hemodynamics of cysto-scopic lithotripsy.Method 82 patients who needed to be hospitalized for cystoscopic lithotripsy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xia-men University from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups u-sing a random number table:the remimazolam group(R group,n=41)and the propofol group(P group,n=41).The R group re-ceived anesthesia with remimazolam combined with remifentanil,while the P group received anesthesia with propofol combined with remifentanil.Compare the onset time,awakening time,and extubation time of anesthesia between two groups of patients.Compare the hemodynamic changes of two groups of patients before anesthesia induction(T0),after anesthesia administration(T1),after place-ment of laryngeal mask(T2),and after removal of laryngeal mask(T3).Assess the incidence of adverse events related to periopera-tive anesthesia.Results Compared with the propofol group P,the remimazolam group R had a slower onset time,a shorter awakening time and a shorter extubation time,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the MAP of T1,T2,T3 time for R group and P group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the HR of T1 time between R group and P group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of injection pain,hypotension,and bradycardia in Group R were sig-nificantly lower than those in Group P,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Remazolam combined with remifentanil in cystoscopic lithotripsy has a good anesthetic effect,and has little influence on the hemodynamics,and can effectively maintain the hemodynamic stability.
