摘要

目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)微管相关蛋白 1 轻链 3(LC3)的表达,进一步探讨其与MM疾病的关系.方法:通过前瞻性分析福建医科大学附属南平第一医院初诊的MM患者自噬蛋白LC3 含量,通过与正常人群LC3 蛋白表达量相比较进而分析MM患者蛋白表达量水平差异.结果:在MM瘤患者中LC3 Ⅰ、LC3 Ⅱ蛋白的表达量显著低于对正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且LC3 Ⅰ、LC3 Ⅱ表达呈正相关(r=0.777,P=0.000).结论:自噬蛋白LC3 可能与MM的发生及发展有一定相关性.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3)in multiple myeloma(MM)and further explore its relationship with multiple myeloma diseases.Method Through prospective analysis of autophagy protein levels in newly diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma in our hospital,we compared them with the normal population and analyzed the differences in protein expression levels in patients with multiple myeloma.Results The expression levels of LC3 Ⅰ and LC3 Ⅱ pro-teins decreased in multiple myeloma(P<0.05).The expression of LC3 Ⅰ and LC3 Ⅱ was positively correlated(r=0.777,P=0.000).Conclusion Autophagy protein LC3 is correlated with the occurrence and development of multiple myeloma.
