Influence of progressive functional exercise on elderly patients after hip arthroplasty
Objective To explore the effect of progressive functional exercise on physical rehabilitation, psychological status and quality of life after elderly hip replacement.Method 103 cases of elderly patients in our hip replacement surgery treatment from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected, they were divided into a control group of 52 cases(conventional intervention)and a study group of 51 cases(progressive functional exercise based on conventional intervention)using random sampling method, the two groups of limb func-tion rehabilitation, psychological state and quality of life were compared. Results After the intervention, the Harris functional score and quality of life score of the hip were(77.75±6.59)and(64.16±4.08),respectively,which were significantly higher than the conventional group(61.56±6.74)and(52.16±5.07)(P<0.01),and their SAS and SDS scores were(39.64±4.34)and(39.46±4.23),respectively,which were significantly lower than the conventional group(47.49±5.15)and(48.18±5.11)(P<0.01).Con-clusion Progressive functional exercise for elderly patients after hip replacement can significantly improve the hip functional recovery level, psychological state and quality of life, which is of great significance to improve the postoperative rehabilitation speed of patients after surgery, which is worth popularizing.
