Application of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA theory in elderly postoperative coro-nary heart disease(CHD)percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)patients
Objective To investigate the effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA theory in elderly postopera-tive coronary heart disease(CHD)percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)patients.Method Elderly patients admitted to the De-partment of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine after PCI from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as study subjects. Before the beginning of the study patients were selected according to the order of admission, cards labeled 1-70 were drawn from opaque containers, patients with an odd number of cards were enrolled in the control group, and patients with an even number of cards were enrolled in the PERMA group,35 cases in each group. In the control group, the conventional care model was adopted, and in the PERMA group, the positive psychological intervention based on PERMA theory was adopted on its basis. After 5 weeks of intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the Tampa Scale for kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart),and the Cornor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate the effect. Results After 5 weeks of intervention, the SAS scale and SDS scale scores of the PERMA group were significant-ly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The TSK-SV Heart scores of the two groups were lower, and the PERMA group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher and the PERMA group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention based on the PERMA model for elderly patients with coronary artery disease after PCI can improve patients'negative emotions, reduce the Kinesiophobia, and promote the improvement of patients'psychological resilience.
