Objective To explore and analyze the integrated management model of peritoneal dialysis medical care within the frame-work of medical alliance.Method A total of 161 peritoneal dialysis patients who were enrolled in the Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hos-pital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and 11 cases were with-drawn halfway,and a total of 150 cases were finally divided into the integrated group(n=75)and the reference group(n=75)ac-cording to the double-blind method.The integrated group implements the integrated management model of medical care,and the refer-ence group implements routine management.Dialysis quality,quality of life,compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the implementation,the two groups had no significant difference in symptom impact,dialysis adequacy compliance rate,Hb,Alb,PA and other dialysis quality(P>0.05),while after the implementation,the symptom impact,dialysis adequacy compliance rate,serum albumin and other dialysis quality in the integrated group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After the implementation,the quality of life such as social regression,physiological function,mental state,and emotional performance in the integrated group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The compliance of the integrated group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the satisfaction of the integrated group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical care management in peritoneal di-alysis patients has achieved certain clinical value,the quality and quality of dialysis have been improved,and the compliance and satis-faction are ideal,and the nursing program is worthy of wide promotion.
