STUDY ON URBAN RESIDENTIAL LAND PRICE TIME-SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION BASED ON ESDA ANALYSIS-A CASE STUDY OF NANJING CITY
Through collecting and processing for residential land price samples, this study use GIS Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis technology to analyze the characteristics of the residential land price in Nanjing from 2000 to 2009, generates the Digital residential land price model, and explores spatial distribution pattern of residential land price.Future more, it studies land price time-space difference in the view of micro-lacation by space analysis technology.It is found that, Nanjing residential land price presents obvious single center space structure ,and shows “point-shaft” expansion mode; as time goes by, the land price spatial structure is changing, and also, the peak value center diffuse to south and east; Subway, city plan, and environment have important influence on land price time-space change.
