长春城市蔓延时空特征及其机理分析

Analysis on Mechanism and Spatial-temporal Features of Urban Sprawl: A Case Study of Changchun

目前,我国城市化正处于加速阶段,多数大城市存在建设用地无序蔓延,城市边缘区生态环境严重破坏问题。根据长春历年遥感影像资料,运用GIS和RS技术从紧凑度、破碎化度、轴带扩展度、几何重心等方面分析长春城市蔓延时空演变特征与规律,同时结合城市相关统计资料,分析城市蔓延与社会经济的协调性问题。研究表明:长春城市蔓延主要是由于政府主导的大型项目建设、城市边缘区房地产开发、机动化与交通基础设施建设以及城市规划失控等因素的共同作用所致。
At present, urbanization of China is in an acceleration stage. Urban sprawl exists in majority cities, which has serious destruction of ecological environment in urban fringe. Firstly, by means of GIS and RS technology ,we analyze spatial-temporal features and discipline of urban sprawl based on remote sensing images of Changchun, the compact ratio, fragmentation degree, the degree of shaft extension, geometric center of gravity and so on. In addition, combined with relevant statistical information, we analyze the coordination of urban sprawl and social economy.Finally, we consider that construction of large-scale projects, development of real estate in suburbs, motorization and construction of traffic facilities, the role of government administrative decisions, and the runaway urban planning, have contributed to the urban sprawl of Changchun.
