Retail District Range Compare Model Construction and Shanghai Districts Demonstration
Scope and impact of radiation district factors within the city is regarded as an important issue of urban development.We analyze the effects of radiation within the nine district characteristic indicators and established retail district-wide comparison of radiation models.Twelve Shanghai retail districts were selected to analysis,including Central Business Districts,district-level district,Community-level district and Features district.It was found that the basic theoretical model inference has been verified,and the empirical research data show that Shanghai retail districts have level radioactive significant difference.
