Italy's Wise Path to Modernization:Industrial Integration,Urban-Rural Integration and Ecologically Sustainable Development
Embracing and learning mutual civilizations are the proper way for an open China to achieve high-quality modernization.Comparing with other develop countries,Italy is distinctive and enlightening in its wise path of modernization.This paper summarizes and extracts the main experience of industrial integration,urban-rural integration and ecological sustainable development in Italy based on literature research and data analysis.The results show that:1)The diversification,specialization and integration of agricultural industry structure,function and form,and the networking,globalization and high-end of non-agricultural industry cluster are typical characteristics of Italian industrial development.2)The interactive and balanced evolution of large,middle and small cities with medium and small cities as the main body is the characteristic road of spatial integration in Italy.3)Promoting the low-carbon transformation of the civilization model is a wise choice for Italy to integrate the"production,living and ecological space".Social integration,remains a cross-century problem for Italy.Only by comprehensively promoting the integrated development of industry,space,ecology and society can China advance in the journey of high-quality modernization.
