General Thought and Technical Process of the Territorial Space Pattern Optimization at the County Level
The spatial pattern of territory is the spatial embodiment of the implementation of national strategies and development demands of local government,as well as the basis for implementing the land-use control of territorial space and improving the capacity of spatial governance.According to the county-level territorial space planning and on the basis of the practical needs,conceptual connotation and academic theory of territorial space pattern optimization,this paper has carried on an in-depth exploration of the general thought and technical process of territorial space pattern optimization.It's found that:1)The optimization of territorial space pattern is based on the adjustment of various spatial elements after the spatial analysis.It is necessary to use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to clarify the functional positioning of the region,delineate functional spaces and control boundaries,and clarify the priorities of various spatial patterns.2)Optimizing the territorial space pattern is to make dynamic optimization and adjustment according to the changes of domestic and foreign development environment,adjustments in national strategies,changes of regional functional positioning,major infrastructure construction,implementation of major projects of comprehensive land improvement and ecological restoration.The purpose of the above measures is to promote a more reasonable distribution and allocation of various elements in the territorial space,improve the efficiency and balance of the development and utilization,and enhance the comprehensive strength,competitiveness,and sustainable development ability of the regions.
