Spatio-temporal Characteristics and Spatial Spillover Effects of Sporting Goods Manufacturing Agglomeration and Regional Eco-efficiency
Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2019,this paper analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of sporting goods manufacturing industry agglomeration and regional ecological efficiency, and uses spatial autocorrelation and spatial Durbin model to analyze the spatial spillover effect of sporting goods manufacturing industry agglomeration on the regional ecological efficiency. The results show that:1)China's sporting goods manufacturing industry shows obvious agglomeration and radiation phenomenon, mainly concentrated in the southeast coastal region, this agglomeration has a spatial"high-high"correlation,high agglomeration area has a solid and strengthening trend.2)China's ecological efficiency is at a medium level, with a spatial"low-low"correlation,the ecological efficiency of the high agglomeration area is higher, while the low agglomeration area is lower and decreasing dynamically.3)China's sporting goods manufacturing industry has a positive spatial spillover effect on regional ecological efficiency, which are promoting the ecological efficiency of the provincial-level region and the surrounding provincial-level regions,as well as the whole country, but it still needs to be alert to the negative ecological externality brought by the future expansion.Based on the results,it puts forward three suggestions:respecting the rule of industrial development and strengthening the eco-friendly sporting goods manufacturing industry agglomeration effect, undertaking the sport ecological responsibility to build a sustainable sport industry ecological economic system, driving the flow of development factors to form a new pattern of the ecological co-construction and co-management of the regional coordinated development.
