Building Livable,Workable and Harmonious Villages in China:Theoretical Cognition and Implementation Strategy
Building livable,workable and harmonious villages is the key to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural powerful country.It is also the inherent requirement for advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a Chinese path to modernization.Following the logical approach of"micro-entry and macro-exit",on the basis of explaining the era context and mission of building livable,workable and harmonious villages,this paper clarifies the theoretical logic of building livable,workable and harmonious villages from the perspectives of intrinsic connection,urban-rural relationship and comprehensive coordination development,and explains the key issues of building livable,workable and harmonious villages from the aspects of systematic speculation,process and pattern,flow mechanism,allocation of subject and object elements,policy optimization and guarantee mechanism,which provides a reference for building livable,workable and harmonious villages with Chinese characteristics.Finally,this article answers the question of building livable,workable and harmonious villages from three dimensions:construction subject,construction object and construction carrier,in order to provide reference for the construction plan formation of livable,workable and harmonious villages.
