Mechanism of Factors Influencing the Cultivated Land System Health in the Black Soil Region of Northeast China:A Case Study of Keshan County
Illuminating the mechanism of the factors affecting the cultivated land system health provides a scientific basis for the accurate diagnosis of cultivated land system health status and fine management of cultivated land.Taking Keshan County,a typical black soil region of the Northeast China,as a research area, this paper uses the wavelet coherence model to calculate the coherence coefficients of factors affecting the cultivated land system health, precisely delineates the magnitude, direction, and scope of these factors by the means of wavelet coherence spectra and phase angles, and reveals the mechanisms of the influencing factors on cultivated land system health. It's found that:1)Some of the more significant factors affecting cultivated land system health in the study area are total nitrogen, available phosphorus, precipitation, temperature, soil erosion, organic matter, black soil layer thickness, agricultural labor force, cultivated land input,pH,and soil texture.2)The impact of these factors on the cultivated land system health exhibited distinct spatial and temporal differentiation, with internal factors of the system playing a significant role. The influence of these factors decreases vertically while increasing horizontally.3)In the study area, influencing factors of cultivated land system health are not the same in different sections of the sampling line in terms of impact magnitude and direction.Factors with a significant positive effect on the system health have a high demand for system health, increasing the intensity of the factor's inputs favors system health, and vice versa. In conclusion, illuminating the process and mechanism of cultivated land system health in the black soil region of the Northeast China represents an expansion and deepening of the content of cultivated land protection, and it provides an important reference for the development and improvement of cultivated land protection policies.
