Rural Tourism Empowering Beautiful and Harmonious Countryside Construction:Connotation,Logic,and Research Framework
Rural tourism is an important lever for achieving rural revitalization,and building a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in is a requirement of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.In the face of this new stage goal,the empowerment of rural tourism and the construction of beautiful countryside are particularly prominent and urgent.Based on the background of the goal of Hemei(harmonious and beautiful)Township,This article explores the fundamental connotation,implementation logic,and research framework of empowering and constructing beautiful rural areas through rural tourism.Firstly,the basic connotation of empowering and building beautiful rural areas through rural tourism lies in promoting diversified rural development through rural tourism,promoting the soul of diversified"harmony"in rural areas,and achieving the form of"beauty"in rural areas.To achieve livability in rural areas through the harmony of survival and beauty,to achieve business suitability in rural areas through the harmony of development and beauty,and to empower the realization of harmonious rural areas.Secondly,the key issue in empowering and beautifying rural tourism development lies in how to coordinate livability and business,as well as how to balance harmony and beauty.Thirdly,the study explores the ternary logic of rural tourism development empowering and beautiful rural construction,pointing out that the core of rural tourism empowering and livable and business friendly rural construction lies in"people".Through a systematic framework of people,factors,and governance methods,it promotes the realization of"harmonious and beautiful"rural areas.Fourthly,the study constructs a framework for empowering rural tourism development and building beautiful countryside,proposing multi-level theoretical innovation,including basic theoretical,influencing factors,index measurement,and path mechanism research.Fifthly,at the level of path mechanism,it proposes some comprehensive suggestions:coordinating industrial economic foundation,political governance level,upgrading of living facilities,ecological environment construction,spiritual and cultural development,and harmony and beauty construction.Specific issues are proposed and addressed to promote the development of a systematic pathway strategy.
