京津冀地区绿色农业创业生态系统的数字创新能力评价

文章基于SOR理论模型,从要素刺激中识别前因条件,探究了京津冀地区绿色农业创业生态系统(GAEEs)数字创新能力的形成逻辑和影响因素;在此基础上,运用生态位适宜度模型和模糊集定性比较分析等方法对2015-2022年京津冀GAEEs的数字创新能力进行了评价与提升路径分析.结果表明:①技术条件、制度条件和市场条件刺激下的数字嵌入能力、数字融合能力及数字协同能力共同构成了京津冀GAEEs的数字创新能力.②京津冀GAEEs的数字创新发展总体水平较高且发展空间大,但发展不平衡现象显著,数字创新能力强的区域正在从高速发展向高质量发展模式转变.③通过影响京津冀GAEEs高数字创新生态位适宜度以提升数字创新能力的组态路径可归纳为数字技术—制度环境赋能型和市场驱动型.
Evaluation of Digital Innovation Capability of Green Agricultural Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
Based on the stimulus-organism-response(SOR for short)theory,this paper identifies the antecedent conditions from the elemental stimuli,explores the formation logic and influencing factors of digital innovation capability of green agricultural entrepreneurial ecosystems(GAEEs for short)in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.it uses the niche suitability model and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to evaluate and analyze the improvement pathways of the GAEEs'digital innovation capabilities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2015 to 2022.The results show that:1)The digital embedding ability,digital integration ability,and digital collaborative ability,stimulated by technological conditions,institutional conditions,and market conditions,collectively constitute the digital innovation capacity of GAEEs.2)The overall level of digital innovation development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively high and there is great development potential,but the imbalance in development is obvious,and the regions with strong digital innovation capabilities are transitioning from high-speed development to a high-quality development model.3)The configuration path for enhancing digital innovation capabilities through influencing the high digital innovation ecological niche suitability of GAEEs can be summarized as digital technology-institutional environment empowerment type and market-driven type.The conclusions of this article are helpful to clarify the direction of digital innovation capacity enhancement for GAEEs and provide policy suggestions for the efficient promotion of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
