犬小孢子菌治疗方法的研究进展

犬小孢子菌是犬和猫皮肤真菌病的主要致病菌,在临床治疗中通常采用化学药物,但由于化学药物的长期使用,病菌已产生耐药性.目前,应用植物源性提取物治疗犬小孢子菌引起的皮肤病成为研究热点.枯草芽孢杆菌产生的环脂肽(CLPs)能与犬小孢子菌产生拮抗作用,抑制或杀灭菌体,进而达到治疗的目的;亚甲基蓝介导的抗菌光动力疗法(MB-APDT)对犬小孢子菌病也有良好的治疗效果.对上述犬小孢子菌病的治疗方法进行综述,以期为该病的临床治疗提供参考.
Research Progress on the Treatment Method of Microsporum canis
Microsporum canis is the main causative agent of dermatomycosis in dogs and cats,and chemical drugs are usually used in clinical treatment,but due to the long-term use of chemical drugs,the pathogens have developed drug resistance.Currently,the application of plant-derived extracts for the treatment of skin diseases caused by canine microsporidia has become a research hotspot.The cyclic lipopeptides(CLPs)produced by Bacillus subtilis can antagonize with Microsporum canis,inhibit or kill the bacterium to achieve the therapeutic purpose.Methylene blue-mediated antimicrobial photodynamic therapy(MB-APDT)also has good therapeutic effect on Microsporum canis.The above therapeutic methods for Microsporum canis are reviewed with a view to providing reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
