随着个体年龄的增长,皮肤衰老难以避免.干细胞具备自我更新和分化成多种类型细胞的潜力,具有抗皮肤衰老功能,与其相关的研究与应用成为当前热点之一.鹿茸干细胞作为驱动鹿茸快速生长的主要参与者,因其细胞干性保持、细胞增殖和组织器官修复等方面性能突出,在抗皮肤衰老研究中更具优势,已有众多研究成果.对皮肤衰老因素、干细胞(尤其是鹿茸干细胞)用于抗皮肤抗衰老的研究进展及应用前景进行了综述,旨在为干细胞抗衰老的机制研究和市场应用提供理论依据.
Advances in Anti-Skin Aging Research of Antler Stem Cells
With the advancement of individual age,the senescence of the skin is an inescapable phenomenon.Stem cells possess the potential for self-renewal and the capacity to differentiate into a multitude of cell types,endowing them with the capability to combat skin aging.Its related research and applications has become one of the current focal points.Antler-derived stem cells,as the primary contributors to the rapid growth of antlers,exhibit superior performance in maintaining stemness,cell proliferation,and tissue organ repair,thereby offering a distinct advantage in the study of anti-skin aging.Numerous research outcomes have been achieved in this area.This review summarizes the factors contributing to skin aging and the research progress and application prospects of stem cells,particularly antler-derived stem cells for anti-skin aging.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the mechanistic studies of stem cell-based anti-aging and their market applications.
