摘要
鹿茸是哺乳动物唯一的周期性再生器官,涉及软骨、骨、神经、皮肤等组织再生,尤其是血管的再生,因此,鹿茸是血管再生修复的良好模型.鹿茸再生过程涉及众多生物活性物质的调节,鹿茸入药可有效修复器官损伤.鹿茸及其衍生产品对血管再生具有重要作用.对鹿茸再生的生物学基础和鹿茸及其衍生产品的生物活性成分进行阐述,总结鹿茸干细胞、鹿茸干细胞外泌体、鹿茸多肽、鹿角粉、鹿角胶、鹿茸组方对血管再生的作用及研究进展,以期为鹿茸及其衍生产品在血管再生修复中的作用提供参考.
Abstract
Velvet antler is the only periodic regenerative organ in mammals,involving tissue regeneration such as cartilage,bone,nerve,and skin,especially blood vessels.Therefore,velvet antler is a good model for vascular regeneration.In addition,the regeneration process of velvet antler involves the regulation of numerous biologically active substances,so the use of velvet antler as medicine can effectively repair organ damage.The latest research has found that velvet antler and its derivatives play an important role in vascular regeneration.This review elucidates the biological basis and bioactive components of velvet antler.We summary the effects of velvet antler stem cells,stem cell exosomes,peptides,powder,gum,and formulations on vascular regeneration.The paper provides a reference for the role of velvet antler and its derivatives in vascular regeneration and repair.
