鹿乳是一种优质营养来源.相比于市面上的其他乳制品品种,目前对鹿乳的了解还很欠缺.文中综述了鹿乳的研究进展,主要包括鹿乳的营养价值、影响鹿乳成分的因素,介绍了鹿乳中蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖等营养成分的组成及其生理功能,分析了影响鹿乳成分的因素,展望了未来鹿乳研究的方向,以期为鹿乳产业的发展提供科学依据.文章旨在为进一步探索鹿乳的营养与功能、提高鹿乳质量和推动鹿乳产业发展提供参考和指导.
Research Progress of Deer Milk
Milk is the main source of high-quality nutrition now.Relative to the major dairy products,we don't know much more about deer milk.Deer milk is a kind of milk with rich nutrients.This paper reviews the research progress of deer milk,including the nutritional value of deer milk,the factors affecting the composition of deer milk and the direction of future research.The composition and physiological functions of protein,fat,lactose and other nutrients in deer milk were introduced.The factors affecting the composition of deer milk were analyzed,and the future research direction of deer milk was prospected in order to provide scientific basis for the development of deer milk industry.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and guidance for further exploring the nutrition and function of deer milk,improving the quality of deer milk and promoting the development of deer milk industry.
