摘要
全面推进乡村振兴是当前我国"三农"工作的重心,数字经济赋能乡村振兴成为重要的战略方向.数字技术与农业农村发展深度融合,能够提升信息传播能力,优化要素流通通道,提高资源使用效率等,促进乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕.然而薄弱的数字基础设施、短缺的数字人才、不充分的数据共享以及发展薄弱的乡村产业等因素制约了数字经济赋能乡村振兴的有效发挥.为此需要进一步完善乡村数字基础设施、引进和培养乡村数字人才、建立健全乡村数据流动机制、推动数字经济与乡村资本深度融合,从而有效提升数字经济的赋能作用.
Abstract
Comprehensively advancing rural revitalization is the focus of the present"agriculture,rural areas,peasants"work in China,and digital economy energizing rural revitalization has emerged as a significant strategic orientation.Deeply integrating digital technology with agricultural and rural development can improve the capacity for information dissemination,optimize circulation channels of essential factors,improve efficiency of resources use,etc.,which can promote rural industry prosperity,ecological livability,rural spiritual civilization,effective gover-nance and living in affluence.However,weak digital infrastructure,shortage of digital talents,insufficient data shar-ing,and weakly developed rural industries,and so on have constrained the effective play of digital economy energiz-ing rural revitalization.To this end,it is necessary to further improve rural digital infrastructure,build a rural digital talents team,establish a sound rural data flow mechanism,and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and rural capital,so as to effectively enhance the energizing role of the digital economy.
