High-quality Development of Urban-rural Integration from a Spatial Perspective:Theoretical Connotation,Level Measurement and Analysis of Regional Differences
In the new era,China's urban-rural relations are changing rapidly, and the high-quality develop-ment of urban-rural integration is an important focus to achieve the high-quality economic development in China. This paper explores the historical logic, scientific connotation and interactive analysis framework of high-quality de-velopment of urban-rural integration from a spatial perspective, and builds an evaluation system of the comprehen-sive level of urban-rural integration high-quality development based on 24 indicators in the four dimensions of ur-ban-rural gap, factor flow, public services, and ecological environment, adopts the entropy weight Topsis method to measure the comprehensive level of high-quality development of urban-rural integration in China from 2010 to 2019,and uses the Arcgis 10.5 software to test its spatial correlation and analyze regional spatial differences. The re-sults show that:The spatial distribution of high-quality development of urban-rural integration in China shows a sit-uation of"circling agglomeration"in the east, balanced development in the middle, and preliminary exploration in the west;there is a significant positive spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity in the high-quality devel-opment of urban-rural integration in China;the high-quality development of urban-rural integration in China is characterized by both imbalance and stability. Therefore, the government should fully take into consideration the spatial perspective in the process of policy design and strategy implementation, incorporate the urban-rural integra-tion development and comparative advantages of surrounding areas into the analysis framework, strengthen inter-re-gional coordination and interaction, and share the experience and achievements of the high-quality development of urban-rural integration.
