Research on the Mechanism and Path of Farmers'Digital Literacy Improvement Energizing the Chinese-style Modernization
Starting from the characteristics of Chinese-style modernization,this paper explores the influence mechanism of farmers'digital literacy improvement on the realization of the Chinese-style modernization,and adopting a combination of qualitative research and mathematical statistics,finds that there are insufficient norma-tive constraints,insufficient provision of hardware and software facilities,and scarcity of digital talents in the farmers'digital literacy improvement in China at present.In order to break the predicament of farmers'digital literacy improvement,this paper puts forward the four proposals of strengthening the governmental top-level normative de-sign,providing financial and policy support,creating a good environment for farmers'digital literacy improvement,and setting up a sound training system of farmers'digital literacy by drawing on the successful experience of digi-tal literacy improvement in foreign countries,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the digitalization process of the rural areas and facilitating the realization of the Chinese-style modernization.
