The Rationality of the De-exclusive License of Digital Music——Based on Digital Music Multi-subject Game Perspective
The exclusive license system of digital music,as the result of the self-improvement and self-stan-dardization of the digital music market in China,has played an active role in ensuring the income of copyright own-ers and creating a legitimate-copy market environment.With the rapid development of the digital music exclusive-licensing system,its drawbacks are becoming increasingly obvious.At present,the exclusive license system of digi-tal music has caused a serious imbalance in the interests of all parties in the digital music industry,and even has a certain degree of restriction and damage to the sound development of the entire music market and social public inter-ests.Although the voice of de-exclusive licensing of digital music has been growing in the post-copyright era,dis-putes over it have always existed.This paper analyzes the impact of exclusive licensing of digital music on the inter-ests of various subjects,verifies why de-exclusivity has become an inevitable trend in the current development of digital music by constructing an evolutionary game model,and then provides useful suggestions for the construction of digital music de-exclusive licensing system.
